Microspheres are used as an aerosol challenge to carry out HEPA filter integrity testing at filter manufacturer locations as well end use end use applications such as cleanrooms and other clean air delivery devices. Microspheres are specified where oils or oil vapor / outgassing are considered Airborne Molecular Contaminants (AMC).

Polystyrene Stock Solutions for Ultrasonic Generators

The Polystyrene Stock Solutions are convenient and easy to use. Simply add 50ml of the solution to 3.8 liters (one US gallon) of DI or distilled water for generation using ultrasonic humidifiers. 500ml of stock solution makes 10 gallons (38 liters) of test solution.
